Access
The Modern X Villas Client Portal is provided for the convenience of Modern X Villas clients and those they authorize. Access is personal to you and secured by your Google sign-in; please do not share your credentials or let others use your session.
The record governs
Figures, dates, schedules, and status shown in the portal are informational summaries of your commission, kept as accurate as we reasonably can. Where anything in the portal differs from your executed commission agreement, the executed agreement governs in every case.
Decisions and approvals
Some actions in the portal — approving a decision or a document — create a dated record against your commission. These are made deliberately, with a confirmation step, and are reflected in the project record. If you approve something in error, write to your team; changes are handled through the project desk.
Third-party information
Weather and tropical-outlook information is supplied by third parties (Open-Meteo; NOAA / the National Weather Service) and is shown without warranty. It is provided to help you understand conditions on site, not as an official forecast or safety notice.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The portal does not replace direct contact with your team; anything urgent from the site reaches you directly.
