Who we are
The Modern X Villas Client Portal is operated by Modern X Villas for the private use of its commissioning clients. This policy explains what information the portal collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier so we can identify you and secure your session. We store the security settings you configure yourself — such as two-factor authentication and recovery codes — and a record of sign-ins to your account for your own review. We do not collect payment card details through the portal.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to operate your commission and this portal: to keep you signed in, to show you the state of your project, to let you make and record decisions, and to communicate with your team. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies
The portal sets only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences you choose on this device. There are no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Service providers
We use Google for authentication and Supabase for secure account and data storage. Publicly sourced site information — weather and tropical outlooks — is supplied by Open-Meteo and NOAA / the National Weather Service. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may ask us to restrict or export it. Because this is a private portal tied to an active commission, some records are retained where a legal or contractual obligation requires it. To make a request, write to the concierge desk.
Security
Access requires a Google sign-in, and you may add two-factor authentication and recovery codes from the Security section of the portal. If you ever see activity you do not recognize, write to us first and change nothing; access can be frozen within minutes.
